Have been engaged full time as a Mediator, Arbitrator and Judge Pro-Tem since retirement from the Court of Appeal.  Have handled over 2,500 matters as an independent private judge; have also served as a member of the National Panel of the American Arbitration Association and as a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Panel of the National Center for Public Interest.
