Following a 40-year litigation practice devoted to resolving all types of litigation including commercial, auto, common carrier, construction defect, general negligence, insurance and products liability disputes, Phil Hosp began his full-time ADR practice in 2004 and quickly became one of the most effective mediators in Southern California. 

Phil now specializes in resolving disputes between individuals and complex corporate systems such as businesses and insurance companies.  He has successfully resolved hundreds of civil cases, involving business and employment issues, personal injury and real property disputes, and construction defect claims.   Additionally, Mr. Hosp has been a leading lawyer in the banking industry, having served as general counsel to three California banks and board member on a major foreign-owned bank.

As a testament to his skill and success as a mediator, Mr. Hosp has been selected as the “Top Mediation Attorney” by Pasadena Magazine for the last four consecutive years and as a “Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyers Magazine for the last two consecutive years.
