Keith Parker, Esq. practiced business litigation in California and
Federal Courts for nearly 30 years before becoming a fulltime ADR
professional.
Formerly a partner with Latham & Watkins representing large employers in
discrimination and wrongful termination litigation and large government
contractors in civil and criminal investigations, Mr. Parker is a
partner of Smith Silbar & Parker. There, he emphasized representation of
insurers in disability, health and life insurance benefits disputes with
insureds and contract disputes with medical providers; and
representation of individuals and small businesses in contract,
employment, partnership and trade secret/unfair competition disputes.
