Click here for our Southern California Neutral Rates - Cases filed in Southern California have a $150/party Administrative Fee for a mediation when it is scheduled. For arbitrations there is a $250 Initial Filing Fee, a $250/party Administrative Fee for those parties who have not paid an Initial Filing Fee and a one time $250 Conflict Check/Disclosure Statement Fee.
