Known for his pleasant demeanor, excellent legal knowledge,
impartiality, and settlement abilities, Judge Yuri Hofmann handled an
array of civil disputes on the bench, from personal injury claims to
commercial disputes, employment law, and professional malpractice. Now a
fulltime ADR professional, Judge Hofmann brings his substantial legal
experience and skills to resolve matters from the simple to the very
complex.
Additionally, Judge Hofmann completed postgraduate neuroscience research
at CSUN and the CJER’s scientific evidence training at the Salk
Institute in La Jolla, making him particularly well suited to disputes
involving technical and complicated scientific issues.
