Hon. William W. Huss (Ret)

Since 1995, Judge Huss has served as an Arbitrator, Mediator and Discovery Referee. He has resolved difficult cases involving all types of litigated matters including Business, Commercial, Employment, Insurance Coverage, Personal Injury, Professional Liability, Products Liability, Toxic Torts, and a specialty in Real Estate, Commercial and Homeowners disputes. He is the co-author of a book, "Working With Your Homeowner's Associations" and is a frequent speaker on the subject of mediation as well. Over the years Judge Huss has continued to master his skills as a mediator by attending and instructing Dispute Resolution Workshops through various: Bar Associations and Pepperdine University Master Mediator Symposia.
