malpractice, bad faith, products liability, employment law, construction

• Tried more than 250 cases in 21 states.
• Significant matters have included the California right to die cases,
the Hank Gathers basketball court death case, and the Lewinsky/Clinton
case, amongst many others.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION EXPERIENCE
• Trained in mediation and arbitration at USC
• More than 300 mediations and arbitrations as mediator/arbitrator and
as counsel.

Bill has lectured at California College of Law, USC, Duke
