Hon. M.O. Sabraw
Since retirement from the Court of Appeals 15 years ago, Justice Sabraw has been continuously engaged in all forms of ADR. He has mediated and arbitrated many hundreds of disputes in a broad range of practice areas. His 35 years of judicial experience has earned him the enviable reputation of being possessed with honed skills of mediation and the knowledge, tenacity and patience to guide the parties through ongoing negotiations until the case is resolved. He is known for his capacity with complex multi-party cases.
