Arbitration and Mediation Experience

Mr. Oldham began mediating complex litigation in 1990 in both California and Texas (he is a member of the Bar Association in both states). He has mediated and arbitrated several hundred cases for law firm clients, state government agencies, the AAA, various Superior Court and Federal Court panels, the NASD and Pacific Exchange, the U.S. Postal Service, the E.E.O.C. and the Kaiser Permanente Independent Arbitration Panel, among many others. He has extensive experience in settling employment, business litigation, real estate, securities, and general civil matters. His style of mediation is more facilitated negotiation and less settlement conference coercion. He brings trial experience, successful mediation settlement experience, and perseverance to the mediation table.
