Eva S. Halbreich is a founder of Pivo Halbreich Martin Wilson & Amo and handled over 100 trials and arbitrations as counsel and over 75 mediations as mediator before becoming a fulltime ADR professional.
Well known as a highly skilled litigator and given Martindale’s highest attorney rating (AV), her skill in dealing with complex issues proved invaluable throughout her litigation career and informs her ADR practice with subject expertise and a talent for resolving complex disputes.
This expertise with complex issues and her substantial business litigation experience specifically enabled Ms. Halbreich to also deal with complicated family law matters, and this experience enables her to untangle and resolve disputes of all kinds that are not only legally complex but highly emotionally charged and contested as well.

Represented the United States Government in approximately 20 complicated federal trials in various areas including environmental litigation, Title VII, aviation litigation, design defects involving buildings, roads and other structures on federal lands, intentional and general tort liability, transportation, land use and noise abatement issues following deregulation of the airline industry.
