- Where do I park?
Parking is available at the 1900 Avenue of the Stars building. The rates are $3.00 per 12 minutes with a maximum of $30.00 for the day. There are a couple of parking alternatives. 1. The "$11.00 Lot" - there is a parking lot located just south of our building's driveway. The cost is $11.00 for the day. Please be advised that this parking lot fills up quickly. Arriving early increases your chance of finding a parking spot. The "$11.00 Lot" opens at 8:00 a.m. 2. The Century City Mall - parking at the mall is free for the first 3 hours, $7.00 for the next half hour, and $2.00 for every 15 minutes thereafter, to a maximum of $21.00 for the day. This is very inexpensive in comparison to our building, only $11.00 for 4 hours, $19.00 for 5 hours.
Parking is available at the 915 Wilshire Boulevard building. The rates are $10.00 for the day if entered before 9:30 a.m. Entrance after 9:30 a.m. costs $27.50 for the day.

Generally, to minimize cancellation fees, ADR Services must receive notice of cancellation 15 days prior to the scheduled date of hearing for full day matters and 7 days for half day matters.
For more details, please refer to our Fee Schedule, and kindly note that some neutrals have different cancellation policies. Such policies will be reflected in the Hearing Notice.
