  1. How do I get to your office?

  2. Where do I park?

    Parking is available in the building for $3.00 per 20 minutes. Maximum is $30.00. There are other parking alternatives such as parking in the Century City Mall or at Valet Parking located off Constellation Avenue.

  3. Do you validate parking?

    Sorry, we do not validate parking, this is how we keep administrative fees low.

  4. What hotels are nearby?

  6. What are the restaurants/airports nearby?
  7. What are your rates?

    Generally, rates for neutrals run between $350 and $575 per hour depending on the neutral selected. Please contact our office for specific neutral rates. Also, there is only a nominal $150 per party administrative fee. For more information view our Rates and Fee Schedules page

  8. What are your arbitration/mediation rules?

    Our rules may be viewed and downloaded from our rules page.

  9. Do you have a VCR or DVD Player?

    Please be sure to let our office know so we may reserve a room with a VCR for you.

  10. Where do I send briefs/payment?

    Please send all payments to our Century City office. Briefs should be sent pursuant to the Hearing Notice.

  11. Do you take credit cards?

    Our office currently does not accept credit cards.

  12. Is there a place to meet prior to the case?

    There are coffee shops in the buildings of all three of our offices. Parties and counsel are also free to use a conference room (if available) up to one hour before the scheduled start of their hearing.

  13. When will you send out the arbitration award?

    Arbitration awards will be sent when received from the arbitrator and upon receipt of all funds due from the parties.

  14. How or When do I receive my check?

    Please call our accounts receivable department, or you may e-mail them.

  15. To whom are checks payable?

    Please make checks payable to ADR Services, Inc.

  16. What does ADR stand for?

    "Action Dispute Resolution Services." ADR is also an acronym for Alternative Dispute Resolution.

  17. What are your cancellation policies?

    Generally, to cancel without penalty, ADR Services must receive written notice of cancellation fifteen days prior to the scheduled date of hearing for full day matters and seven days for half day matters. Please note that some neutrals have different cancellation policies. Such policies will be reflected in the Notice of Hearing.

  18. How do I get on your panel?

    We have certain minimum requirements regarding panel membership. Please e-mail us for further information.
